Thank you for your kind review! We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed the apartment, found the location convenient, and that it was a great fit for your group of six. We are sorry that the street noise affected your stay. As the apartment is located in a lively central area, some noise can be expected, especially in the evenings. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back again in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Our apartment is located in the heart of the city, which many guests enjoy for its convenience, but it also means that street activity and nightlife can result in higher noise levels, especially on weekends. We understand that this may not suit every traveler. We also appreciate your comments regarding the balcony view and the shared waste collection area. These are part of the surrounding building and city infrastructure and are unfortunately not under our direct control. Your feedback about the bedroom comfort and overall experience is valuable to us, and we will continue looking for ways to improve where possible. Thank you again for your review, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

Dear Susan, Thank you for your review and for staying with us! We are pleased to hear that you found the accommodation to be spacious and comfortable. We hope to welcome you back again soon for another relaxing stay! Team Sanders

Dear John, Thank you for your feedback! We are glad you liked the location and the apartment. We understand that the lively city center can come with some noise, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Regarding the courtyard, we regret any issues as we do not have direct control over the common areas of the building. As for the stairs, they are a common feature in historic buildings in the city center due to preservation guidelines. While they add to the charm and authenticity, we understand they may not be ideal for everyone. Kindly note that our support team is available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm daily, and all details, including directions and contact information, are included in the arrival info PDF sent to you. We hope to welcome you again in the future! Team Sanders

Dear Brian, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! We are delighted to know the apartment offered a comfortable setting for your family and that its central location helped you make the most of your time in Copenhagen. Your remarks regarding the courtyard entrance, the key arrangement, and the lively neighborhood during the celebration week are much appreciated. While these aspects can occasionally affect the overall impression, we are glad they did not take away from your enjoyment of the stay. We also appreciate your note on the condition of the living room furniture, and we will make sure this is reviewed. We appreciate your feedback and would be honored to have you return for another enjoyable stay. Whenever you are in need of a comfortable and delightful getaway, we will be here, ready to welcome you back! Thanks for your support and we look forward to your next visit! Team Sanders

Dear Amy, Thank you for sharing your thoughts! We are glad to hear the layout and location worked well for your group and that you enjoyed the comfort of the beds. As per our current policy, we provide one key per apartment for security reasons. We understand this may be less convenient for larger groups and appreciate your understanding. We have shared your comments with our local team to review the condition of the furniture in both apartments. Regarding the noise, we are sorry for the disturbance. While we do our best to promote a respectful environment, we can only take further steps if we receive a formal complaint. Hoping to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the near future. Wishing you all the best on your travels! Team Sanders
