Summary:
A lovely 1 bedroom house situated on a quiet cul-de-sac close to Burton-on-Trent town centre. The property has been finished with modern appliances and furnishings throughout, and has more than enough space for up to 2 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in a home away from home. There is a generous garden to the rear and parking included at the property.
The Space:
This lovely modern home has been finished to a high standard with stylish furnishings and contemporary appliances throughout. The generous living room features 2 large sofas, a smart Tv and a desk for those that need to work. High speed broadband is available throughout the property. The modern fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook your own meals at home, also a dining table and a large glass door leading out to the garden. The large private garden has plenty of space for you to relax as well as outdoor seating and a table to enjoy alfresco meals and evening drinks. Upstairs the spacious double bedroom features a comfortable king size bed made up with crisp hotel linen as well as plenty of storage space for clothes. The modern and clean bathroom has a shower over bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. There is also a downstairs toilet and basin. Parking is available at the property for those that drive.

Guests have sole access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac of modern properties, you will be within easy reach of the town centre whilst avoiding the hustle and bustle. It's just a 15 minute walk to the town centre and the Octagon Shopping centre respectively. There is an Aldi supermarket just 10 minutes away, and Burton-on-Trent railway station is just a 20 minute walk or short taxi ride away.
Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, the town and it's attractions are easily accessible on foot. There are also local bus services leaving from the end of the road. The main train station is only a 20 minute walk away, and has rail links throughout the UK. Parking is also included at the property for those who are driving.
Other Things to Note:
Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of ÂŁ10/hr will be applicable.
