The Dora Mar apartment, located on the second floor and accessible by stairs, is a 20-minute walk downhill/uphill from the beaches, promenade, restaurants, bars, small grocery stores, and the town center/port of Rabac. Larger supermarkets in Labin are a convenient 10-minute drive away. The apartment spans a total area of 51 m², featuring a 25 m² terrace. Nestled on a hillside amidst a forest, the area offers a serene and traffic-free environment.
