As part of the Gems Apartments collection, it offers a relaxing forest setting combined with easy access to Corfu Town, making it a good choice for travelers who want calm surroundings without feeling isolated. A private outdoor space allows you to enjoy breakfast or an evening drink while listening to birds and, for aviation enthusiasts, watching planes take off and land nearby.

The apartment is arranged on one level and includes a bedroom with a king-size bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, an open and fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. A filter coffee machine is provided, and several smart electric appliances add everyday convenience. Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 24 Mbps is available for general use. Hot water is supplied by an electric boiler, and once activated, it typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. Access to the property is via a path through the forest, which enhances the natural atmosphere but may be less practical for guests with mobility difficulties. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom waste bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet.
