Once you enter the apartment, all accommodation is on one level and consists of open plan living and dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. The open plan living and dining area overlooks the harbour and is furnished with a modern comfortable sofa, armchairs, large TV, fireplace, and a spacious dining area with dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary equipment and includes electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, and a combined washer/dryer. Bedroom 1 offers a double bed, drawers and hanging space. Bedroom 2 offers a 2ft 6inch single bed, and custom-built bunk beds. This bedroom can accommodate one adult or up to three children. The bunks are suitable for children only. The apartment has one bathroom with WC, sink and shower over bath and is tiled throughout. The property is electrically heated throughout. Bed linen and towels are provided. Electricity and heating included in rental price. Available for short breaks all year round. Smoking is not allowed in the property. Sorry, no pets. The property is unsuitable for babies and toddlers or those with mobility issues due to the external steps to access the property. Wi-fi is available. Off-street parking is available for one car.
