A modern cozy guest house for 2 adults with river Thames views.

(If more than 2 people turn up, your stay will be cancelled with immediate effect and denied entry).

Located by The River Thames on a private Island. This is a tranquil and peaceful setting - no parties allowed or extra guests.

We charge extra for:

Boat hire (£30 pound per hour) (£100 pound for 5 hours).
Jacuzzi hire (£35 pound per night).
Fireplace fuel for the bioethanol £10 pound per stay available on pre arranged request 24hrs notice required.

The guest house is the perfect spot for easy access to Windsor and London with just a short drive from Heathrow Airport (5mins terminal 5 traffic dependant) - being this close to the airport we can get the planes coming over this way it’s all to do with the wind direction. Ascot, Kempton Park and Windsor racecourses are close by as well as an easy drive to Legoland, Liquid Leisure, Thorpe Park and Harry Potter world 30-40mins away.

Large bedroom with en-suite and a spacious open-plan sitting room/kitchenette. Curtains on the doors and windows to give you privacy during your stay.

The space:
Riverside Pod has direct parking spaces and room for 1 - 2 cars comfortably.

Kitchenette:
Microwave, toaster, kettle, portable hob, sink, fridge with freezer compartment - we supply bottled water and milk. You will also find a range of essentials such as crockery with complementary tea and coffee. Please note there is no oven.

Living area:
There is a 50inch smart TV with Netflix, Alexa and Freeview all built in.

Fireplace with smokeless bioethanol (not logs) 1 litre bottle £10 which will lasts approx 3- 4 hours.

Bedroom:
In the bedroom you will find a large comfy king size bed.

Bathroom:
Modern shower-room and a toilet, basin with a cabinet and a range of soaps and shampoo with fluffy bath towels.

Heating:
Modern underfloor heating throughout.

Outside:
The guest house has its own private decked courtyard surrounded by plants and palm trees with a secluded comfortable outdoor seating area to relax amongst the greenery and look out onto the river.

Jacuzzi:
The use of Jacuzzi at £35/day. Usage times are 10am-10.00pm*** (cut off time due to neighbours). Organise prior to your stay so the jacuzzi is hot and ready on your arrival.

Outdoor shower:
Enjoy showering outside amongst the greenery before taking a relaxing dip in the hot tub. Hot tub is hard standing with lots of massage jets to fully relax the evening away.

Indoor fire:
£10 per ethanol bottle. Each bottle will approximately for 3-4 hours

Food:
We get Uber eats and deliveroo to the guest house - we are in close proximity to staines and Windsor where there are local bars and places to eat. There’s also a range of pubs and restaurants close by access by car or boat.

The Riverside Pod is next to our main house (the bungalow) but is completely separate from the guest house. Please see pictures. We have another AirBnb at the front of the property and which does not have a view of the River Thames.
