The townhouse is a very comfortable sized property of 152m² with a roof terrace and a private pool in the backyard. 1st floor with 2 bedrooms, each sleeping 2 people and with 2 bathrooms, the entry level floor has an open kitchen, and a spacious west facing dining and living room area with access to a second terrace and outdoor seating. There is a guest bathroom conveniently located on this level. The garden level area consists of a possible independent studio set up with a small kitchen, a separate bedroom for 2 people and a sofa bed for another 2 pax. The townhouse very comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. The terraces have views overlooking the Arade River and Portimão on the other side. This comfortable property is in a quiet area and yet within a 2 minute walking distance to the picturesque center of Ferragudo where there are plenty of restaurants, café and little shops. Within the town centre there is a small harbor and main square where during the summer months there are live music events to be enjoyed.
Casa Ferraguido is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to explore the beautiful town of Ferragudo and the beautiful nearby beaches. There is ample parking nearby. Due to its location and furnishings, this accommodation does not accept (youth) groups who wish to party, or for bachelor(ette) parties. Pets are not permitted.


"Since April 13, 2024 the council of Lagoa implemented a tourist tax. This tourist tax is mandatory to be paid by tourists who checked in for their stay in hotels, resorts, local accommodations (AL), and campsites after the 1st of May 2024. The tourist tax value comes on top of the already paid rental sum. From the 1st of November untill the 31st of March tourist tax is € 1 per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights. From 1st of April untill 31st of October it is € 2 per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 are exempt from paying tourist tax."
