-Two bathrooms: one with a toilet, a sink and a bathtub shower and one with a toilet and a sink.
-Fully equipped kitchen: a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.

-Linen, towels and toiletries, tea, coffee and water are included
-Two parking spaces are available in front of the property

- Smoking is not allowed
- Pets are not allowed at the property

We expect all our guests to abide by the following house rules:
A. Please park your car on the property side space, leaving way for other cars. Never park in the turning circle area at the end of the street, as truck turning access is required there 24/7.
B. Please sensibly enter/exit the property considering the neighbourhood and the time of day or night. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00.
C. Smoking, Pets, Parties, or Events are NOT allowed.
D. A mandatory security deposit of ÂŁ250 is due at least 1 day prior to arrival for single-night, last-minute, direct or new bookers.
E. Early check-in and Late check-out are not available for single-night bookings, as the property is usually already booked before and after single nights.
F. If a Late check-out is granted, you must leave the property by the agreed time for the cleaners to avoid an additional night's charge.
Important Notice: Antisocial behaviour around the property or on the street, including loud music, which disrupts the neighbourhood and causes nuisance, will not be tolerated and dealt with accordingly.
A violation may be escalated through the damage payment option depending on the nature of the violation to cover the costs of deep cleaning, restoring, repairing, or refreshing the property. If any of the above rules don't suit you, please let us know within the grace period of the booking. We'll be happy to refund your booking.
