Casa Palmés, a bright and peaceful retreat in a Fuerteventura village

- Maximum occupancy: The holiday home has a maximum permitted capacity of three (3) guests. This limit must not be exceeded under any circumstances.

- Check-in and check-out times:
--- Check-in: from 4:00 PM onwards.
--- Check-out: before 11:00 AM.
--- Guests are kindly asked to strictly adhere to these times to ensure proper accommodation management.

-Prohibited activities and quiet hours:
--- Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
--- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
--- Pets are not permitted.
--- To maintain a peaceful environment, guests must refrain from making noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

- Location: Casa Palmés is located on a quiet street in a small village, and guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with the residential setting.

- Reservation requirements: All booking requests must be submitted in writing, including a confirmation of having read and accepted the house rules, along with a brief explanation of the purpose of the stay.

- Invoicing: The management of Casa Palmés does not issue invoices. The accommodation booking platform is responsible for issuing the invoice in the name of the guest.

- Customer service languages: Customer service is provided exclusively in Spanish and English.
