This flat is located on the ground floor of a beautiful secure building. As you walk into the flat, turn right and you will walk into the bright open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Walk down the corridor and you will come to the large bedroom which has a super king size bed. Next to the bedroom there is a luxurious bathroom.
LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA
The living area is lovely and bright due to the large windows and high ceiling which creates a spacious feeling. The comfortable sofa also turns into a king size sofa bed if you should need it.
The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay if you would like to stay in one night and cook a delicious meal. There is a variety of cooking utensils and high spec appliances, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses. You are welcome to use our Nespresso machine, which we will provide coffee pods for. There is also a large fridge freezer so you will be able to store plenty of food.
The glass dining table and funky perspex chairs seat four people comfortably.
BEDROOM
The bedroom has a large window which lets plenty of natural light in. The super king size bed is extremely comfortable and will be spotlessly made up for you using hotel quality linen. There is also quirky artwork on the wall which adds personality to the room. There will be plenty of space in the wardrobe for you to be able to store your belongings and hang your clothes up.
BATHROOM
The modern bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and basin. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest. There is space in the bathroom cupboards for you to be able to store your toiletries neatly away.
We hope you enjoy the apartment as much as possible. Please keep the place clean and do not break anything :)
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any unregistered guests will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification upon check-in
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
Should the above policies are not respected, we reserve the right to apply a penalty fee to the guest for any damages caused to the property.
Please note that the front of the property is currently undergoing some minor construction. Near the entrance of the property, there is a small section of wooden hoarding.
