Lovely, freshly refurbished 4 bedroom house with big garden in central of Skegness with in 5 min walk to the beach and town.
On site parking for 3 regular size cars.
There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor.
Bedroom one is a master bedroom with 2 single beds, which can be joined to the one super king size bed.
Bedroom two has got a double bed, which can be split to two single beds and a large sofa bed.
Bedroom three and four has got 2 single beds, which can be joined to the one super king size bed.
Upon a request we offer a baby cot and a high chair.
There is an upstairs bathroom with shower, bath, hand basin and a toilet, toilet roll, soap, body shampoo provided.
In the downstairs living room is a large double fold out sofa bed comfortable for 2 people and specious single sofa bed.
The kitchen: open plan kitchen, dining area with the table for 10 people and breakfast bar with sitting for 4.
There is a washing machine, dry machine, kettle, toaster and all the kitchen and dining wear we think you could need.
Also downstairs is second bathroom with toilet, shower and a hand basin and also there is a third bathroom with toilet and a hand basin for a guests.
Outside area: dinning table and chairs for 10 , extra large rustic gazebo area sheltering a large modern hot tub with rattan furniture set for 10 people with coffee tables creating the ideal place to really lay back and relax. Also there is a large games room with TV. We do not allow parties. W are pet friendly, there is 30 pounds per pet per stay charge.
