The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and dining seating for three guests and a living/dining room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms include a king-size and a single, along with a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear small yard, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and within 5 miles, a pub and please note that that is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Clematis Cottage is a lovely escape for a family in Shropshire. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. Note: Property allows 1 small and friendly dog. Garden available from June with furniture. Minsterley boasts a pub, one of the oldest buildings in the village, a shop and Post Office and an excellent fish and chip shop! The village of Pontesbury is just one mile away and offers further amenities, including takeaways and restaurants, plus Arscott Golf Club, Springlea Fishing Pools and the Pontesbury cycle/footpath. Close by is The Long Mynd, which is a haven for walkers and wildlife watchers and provides a convenient place to relax and take in the wonderful scenery on offer. One of England's finest heritage towns with over 600 listed buildings, Shrewsbury nestles on a loop of the River Severn.
