The space
Plum Cottage is a stylish New England townhouse set in a peaceful courtyard just 5 minutes walk from Ventnor's Golden blue flag beach.
Plum Cottage is ideal for families who want the flexibility of good walks and beach fun whilst enjoying the convenience of Ventnor's individual little shops and deli's.
STYLE AND ROOMS
Each room is styled and furnished to enhance the seaside theme of the property whilst complimenting the open and spacious design.
The Heart of the House
Downstairs, an open plan lounge and dining running the full length of the property leads into the conservatory overlooking the garden. Natural colours and ocean turquoises in conjunction with distressed oak furniture add to the lightness & brightness of this large central room.
The modern kitchen, fully equipped with all necessary appliances for a family stay looks out over the outside dining area with access outside via the stable door.
Upstairs, the Master Bedroom with King Bed looks out over the court and is similarly furnished in a simple nautical style. Bedroom 2, again sleeping two in a double bed has elegant dressing furniture with views out over the garden. The children's room has bunk beds and is kept light and fun with brightly coloured fabrics against white furniture. All three rooms are very spacious with plenty of storage space.
There are two toilets, one toilet and washroom on the ground floor and the other adjacent to the bedrooms in the showerroom. Designed with the less mobile in mind, the shower is housed in a large double shower unit with an optional fold down chair.
GARDENS
Entry to the court is through a keyed gate which only allows access to residents to the 10 other properties in Spring Court.
Behind Plum Cottage the private garden features a large deck and conservatory which catches full day sun. There is a separate outside dining area and gravelled garden decorated with sea grasses and palms. Access directly from the lane to the back garden makes storing bikes easy

Access to the entire house and garden.
Other things to note
Please note that there is only an unloading facility within the court. Cars must then be parked in road parking or one of the nearby car parks.
