The Space:
The light and spacious apartment is set within a modern development and has been finished to a high standard, with comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything required to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, armchair and smart Tv. There is high speed broadband throughout. The light and airy bedrooms feature plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable double beds made up with crisp hotel linen. The modern family bathroom has a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. There is also parking available for 2 cars.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Located between central Manchester and Salford, at about 25 minutes walk in to Manchester, this is the perfect base to explore all the city has to offer. On your doorstep there are a number of cafe's, restaurants and shops, however for more choice, Central Manchester is just a short drive or bus ride away. There is a large Sainsburys supermarket just 10 minutes from the apartment.
Getting Around:
Central Manchester can both be reached in around 25 minutes on foot, or a very short drive or bus journey. Salford is slightly further in the other direction, but there are regular busses, or its just a short drive. Manchester Piccadilly train station is a 15 minute taxi ride.
Other Things to Note:
PLEASE NOTE: This apartment is equipped with sprinklers that are sensitive to heat and smoke - please be careful when cooking and make sure to use the extraction fan and open a window. STRICTLY NO SMOKING.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of ÂŁ10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and canât be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information
