Suzanne made the booking process very straightforward, and communication from the initial booking right through to check-in was excellent.The property was clean and well equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen, in particular, had all the expected amenities for a holiday rental, including a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a good range of utensils.During our stay, we did experience an issue with the boiler, but this was handled extremely well by Christine and Tom (thank you both). A replacement was fitted the same day, and Suzanne kept us well informed throughout, meaning everything was resolved quickly and efficiently.While the rooms themselves were clean, some areas of the property showed signs of wear and could benefit from a little refreshing. We understand that some of this was due to previous water damage, though it was a little disappointing to see this during our stay.The outside area was very pleasant, however there were a few areas where exterior paintwork was flaking, which slightly detracted from the overall presentation.Overall, despite a few minor points, we enjoyed our stay. The villa was in good working order, communication was excellent, and the standard of cleanliness was acceptable. We would be happy to stay here again.
