The villa is a 10-minute walk to La Mata Beach. Quiet and spacious yard with a children's pool and four separate relaxation areas.
Terrace with panoramic sea views, a place to enjoy the sea breeze and unique Costa Blanca sunsets. Perfect for practicing yoga in the morning.
The yard overlooks the pine park. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Supermarket is 5 minutes walk. If desired, 10 minutes by car, you can visit the salty pink lake.
The space
Discover the unique atmosphere of Spain in our villa, built in the style of the 80's. Small cozy rooms will immerse you in a Mediterranean atmosphere.
You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay in a fully equipped house. Feel like a true traveler, plunged into the unique culture and style of this beautiful country.
Guest access
On the spacious territory of the villa there are four separate recreation areas. You can stay with a large group of people and still have the opportunity for privacy and relaxation.
The best place to relax is swinging in a hammock in the cool shade of a sprawling ficus tree.
After the sea it is so nice to take a shower outside, nestled under the branches of a pomegranate tree, and relax under the gentle evening sun on the terrace with a panoramic view, enjoying the sunset and the sea breeze.
We provide bicycle rentals so you can admire the surroundings during your bike ride.
An enclosed individual courtyard creates safety for your children, who can frolic all day in the courtyard or by the children's pool, requiring a minimum of your attention.
Fully equipped barbecue area.
The panoramic terrace is the best place for yoga. For those who like to exercise in the morning, there is a sports bar.
Also, we offer cleaning of the house and grounds. For you we can invite a chef who will prepare a delicious lunch or dinner.
We organize the transfer. We meet you from the airport.

Electricity will be charged separately based on metered consumption.
