Its strategic location makes it possible to reach all the tourist sites and food and wine routes of northern Sardinia in a few minutes. The villa has a bedroom, small bedroom, living room with kitchenette and two bathrooms.
The entire villa is surrounded by a large garden and an outside porch immersed in the nature of the pine forest, a stone's throw from the sea.
The cottage is equipped with air conditioning and everything necessary for an excellent stay.
On the porch there is a table and chairs where you can have lunch comfortably, guaranteeing privacy and tranquillity.
