This Villa is only 5 minutes away from Kokkino Horio and the village of Plaka with tavernas and mini-markets. Ideally located between the historic Venetian cities of Chania and Rethymnon it is only 45 minutes from Chania airport.
This spacious villa boasts a total area of 4,370 sq.m. and features 350 sq.m. of indoor living space spread across three floors. With five en suite bedrooms, this villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests, making it an ideal choice for large families or groups of friends.
As soon as you enter the villa, you’ll be struck by the spectacular sea views visible from every room. The villa’s over 2,000 sq.m. of beautifully landscaped exterior spaces provide the perfect setting for relaxing and soaking up the sun.
The luxury bespoke lighting fixtures add to the overall ambiance of the villa. The villa features a cinema room with a smart TV of 65 inches and a Playstation 5. The living room also features a smart TV of 55 inches. The fully equipped kitchen with Smeg appliances provides the perfect space to cook and dine with friends and family.
Each of the five bedrooms features a large opening with an excellent view and a private bathroom for ultimate comfort and privacy. In two of the bedrooms, there is the possibility of adjusting two single beds, making it ideal for families with children.
For those who need to stay connected during their stay, the villa also features a private office desk located in the cinema room. The villa offers a private gym and yoga deck, perfect for staying active and rejuvenated during your stay. The outdoor multi-purpose spaces include over six seating areas and an outdoor sitting area with a fireplace suitable for accommodating more than 12 people.
