Hello travellers and welcome to Malta ! We are offering you this beautiful, designer 3BR APT in the centre of Sliema just off the beautiful Sliema's promenade.

This property offers a large, and well designed living area with a comfy sofa and a large TV, which is perfect for short and longer stays.

Also included, is a fast WIFI speed, perfect for any type of usage an AC in the rooms, a super comfy bed and 2 large bathrooms. All the apartment is private for the sole use of our guests.

All the apartment has air-conditioning and wifi!

Living Spaces| A dedicated room, with comfortable SOFA, a large coffee table, and a TV. Also included in this apartment is a dining area, fit for 6 guests to have a good meal!

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and an electric hub. The kitchen is equipped for both long and short-term rentals.

Bedrooms| 3 Bedroom APT, all with 1 double bed and with one having an ensuite.

Perfect for short and longer term rentals !

All the apartment has air-conditioning and good WIFI !

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Sliema truly embodies the essence of coastal living, combining a vibrant atmosphere, breathtaking views, and a wealth of amenities. Immerse yourself in the unique blend of relaxation, entertainment, and cultural experiences that Sliema has to offer, creating memories to cherish for a lifetime.

Getting around in Sliema, Malta is relatively easy. The promenade is well-connected to the rest of the island via public transportation. Malta has a good bus system that connects Sliema to other towns and cities on the island.

There are also ferries that run regularly from Sliema to Valletta, the capital of Malta, and other nearby islands. Taxis and car rentals are also readily available in Sliema, so you can easily get around the island by car.

Walking is also a great option, as the promenade is pedestrian-friendly and you can easily walk to nearby destinations.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

‱ Shower gels
‱ Liquid Soap
‱ Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
‱ Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
‱ Garbage bags
‱ Linens for the bed
‱ Towels per person

We do not let consumables such as salt and pepper.

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
