Venture a little further and you will be pleased to discover that this isn’t just great for coast lovers but that it is perfect for exploring the beautiful Norfolk Broads and the fine city of Norwich, both of which can be reached by train from the nearby town of Cromer should you wish to have a break from driving. There is so much that you can see and do here that you will truly struggle to fit it all in. Stroll along the promenade or famous pier in Cromer, undertake a spot of crab lining in Blakeney, sit on the pretty quayside in Wells-next-the-Sea or head to Great Yarmouth for all the fun of the fair. Charter a day launch or join a guided tour on the Broads or head to Norwich, explore the stunning Norman castle and then shop ‘til you drop in the bustling lanes or on the award-winning open-air market. After doing all that and having worked up an appetite, you will be pleased to find that this area is packed with great places to eat and drink, many of which serve seasonal, local produce.
