The conservatory is spacious with dining area, chairs and doors to the enclosed paved garden, complete with garden furniture ideal for alfresco dining. There is also a dog kennel (if you have a dog that usually lives outside).

The first floor features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed, both rooms are beautifully decorated and offer a peaceful retreat after a busy day of sightseeing. The shower room is modern and features a walk-in shower and toilet.

If you’re interested in history, you won’t want to miss the nearby castles of Bamburgh and Alnwick. Bamburgh Castle is one of the most iconic landmarks in Northumberland and is well worth a visit. Alnwick Castle is also a must-see, especially if you’re a fan of Harry Potter, as it was used as a filming location for the movies.
