Stunning 1-Bed Cottage near Carlisle with Hot tub
This cosy cottage is located in a wonderful rural spot in Carlisle. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a couples get away. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home.
From the moment you step through the door your relaxing break will begin. In the garden there is a private Hot Tub underneath a secluded pergola and access to the River Esk is via a gate in the back garden.
As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, a dishwasher, washer dryer and a microwave.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart television and fast fiber wifi.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
Outside there is a private pergola containing the Hot Tub, this year we have upgraded to a luxury Master Spa for you to relax and unwind. There is a large patio area for alfresco dining should the weather allow.
The bedroom contains a king size bed, Smart TV and wardrobe. In the lounge there is a sofa bed suitable for children, smart TV and Wood Burner. Every need has been catered for and guests will feel truly at home at Key to the Esk.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is on street parking facilities available at the property.
- 2 small well behaved dogs are allowed at the property.
- No parties of any kind or loud music outside.
- No soaps or drinks in the Hot Tub water. Hot tub regs to be followed as per signs by tub.
We need to know about any guests that are staying in our cottage. We are strictly 2 person and up to one child unless pre-authorised by ourselves. Any violation of the rules may result in you being asked to leave immediately.
Strictly not events or parties.
As we are a residential cottage we please ask you to keep loud noise to a minimum.
