During your stay please keep in mind the following apartment and building rules:

Remeber, that this is my home you're staying in, not a hotel. Inside, no events or parties are allowed. Also, smoking is forbidden, please use the window to smoke there.

Building quiet hours:

- From 14:00h to 16:00h in the afternoon
- From 22:00h in the evening until 09:00h in the morning.

These rules must be followed in order to avoid any inconvenience for the neighbours or yourself during the stay.

Early and late check in are possible:

Before 15:00h - if there is no reservation on the previous day I signal immediately when the apartment is ready for early check in.

After 15:00h - always possible except some occassions (if apartment is not prepared).

Late check out after 15:00h is also negotiable and if possible an additional 40 euro fee is applied.
