Attractive Family Villa, A/C, Private Pool - 5mins drive to the Iconic Beach at Praia da Marinha!
Tucked away along a cul-de-sac within the grounds of the exclusive Quinta do Rosal estate, Vista da Montanha is a handsome residence offering an appealing outlook across fields of pine and olive to the impressive Serra de Monchique range in the distance, together with easy access to many of the Algarveâs best loved and most iconic beaches near Carvoeiro (4km).
Outside, ample terracing laid with traditional Portuguese calçada and Santa Caterina tiling wraps around the house and swimming pool, bordered with attractive gardens of Mediterranean shrubs, softly swaying pepper trees and vibrant lawn. Eye-catching bougainvillea hangs pleasingly over the covered terrace, providing an ideal space to enjoy meals al fresco while in good company and under bright blue skies.
Inside, well-appointed spaces punctuated by warm colours, cooling tiling and excellent facilities throughout provide a home from home. Cleverly designed, all rooms radiate from the main entrance hall, key features being the impressive high cane ceiling in the spacious living and dining room and the fitted kitchen providing for all needs. Colourful and comfortable, all three bedrooms offer en suite facilities, air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan, and patio door access to the rear terrace from two of the bedrooms.
A short walk away, you will find the excellent Brasserie Rosal (400m) together with nearby tennis court available for hire. For stunning seascapes, head to Praia da Marinha (4km), considered to be one of the loveliest beaches in Europe. Further afield, the picturesque fishing village of Ferragudo (11km) is a must see for its colourful cobbled backstreets, as is the old Moorish capital of Silves (15km), steeped in history, standing proud within its impressive red sand stone castle.
