A spacious 2 bedroom apartment located within a charactoristic Victorian building in the South Cliff area of Scarborough. 100m from the cliff-top Esplanade with views over Scarboroughâs South Bay. Close proximity to the Spa Entertainment Complex, Italian Gardens, beaches and local amenities.
20min walk to Olivers Mount racing circuit and epitaph.
Guests benefit from private entry, spacious living/dining room, double bedroom, 2nd room with bunk beds, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
Suitable for four persons, however maximum 3 adults due to upper bunk access.
Parking provided, see note below.
The space
At the front, steps lead down to a small terrace area and a quirky small front entrance door. Upon entering there's a hall for coats and shoes leading into the large open plan living dining space with bright front bay window. The second bedroom leads off the living room providing bunk beds and storage space. Towards the back down the hallway the bathroom is off the the right. The kitchen to the rear with window overlooking the rear garden. The master bedroom also to the rear having a large window over looking the rear garden.
A selection of outdoor furniture is provided for guest use, front or rear to suit.
Guest access
All the space described is exclusive for guest use, however note that apartments above have access through the rear garden for waste bins kept outside the garden.

Private entrance door is accessed via steps down from pavement level.
On-street Parking is included in the price, either on-street if space available or on the car park opposite.
