Lesceave Cottage

Welcome to Lesceave Cottage, your stunning holiday retreat near the charming coastal village of Praa Sands, Cornwall. Nestled on the cliff top, this beautiful cottage offers panoramic sea views of the coast from all windows, promising an unforgettable seaside escape.



The cottage boasts two bedrooms, one king size that can be configured as twin on request, and one double bedroom providing comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. You will find one family bathroom with a shower, WC and basin, plus additional washroom with WC.



At the heart of the cottage is the large family kitchen, perfect for entertaining and cooking up delicious meals using the best of Cornish produce. This airy room has French doors leading into a large garden with jaw-dropping views over the sea below and stretching out into the distance over Mount's Bay. The terraced seating area is the perfect spot for outdoor eating and drinking, and watching the sun go down on balmy evenings.



The lounge has large picture windows and shares the same breath-taking views of the sea and Bay. It has a good book and games collection, a smart TV and Wi-Fi. Together with the woodburning stove, ensuring you can relax whatever the weather.



Lesceave Cottage is ideally located to explore the beautiful Cornish coastline, with its sandy beaches, rugged cliffs, and charming fishing villages. Whether you're looking for a relaxing seaside break or an action-packed adventure holiday, this beautiful cottage is the perfect base for your Cornish holiday.



Praa Sands is known for its long, sandy beach, which is a popular destination for surfing, kayaking, and swimming. The beach is also perfect for long walks, where you can enjoy the stunning coastal scenery. When you return from a day at the beach, wash off your sandy toes with the outdoor shower, and make the most of the fantastic Cornish Sea air.



Locally you can enjoy some of Cornwall’s famous landmarks: St Michael's Mount, The Minack Theatre, Penzance, St Ives and Porthleven. The Southwest Coastal footpath runs below the property and there are glorious coastal walks in both directions.



Lesceave Cottage does not provide logs during the summer.

Beautiful cottage with amazing views

The views are breathtaking and the quite location was perfect. The stove was difficult to cook on as it was hard to control the heat. We ended up eating out more than anticipated. We would prefer gas or induction.

Cosy cottage with the most beautiful view in Cornwall

One of the most beautiful views I have ever seen when I wake up. A very cozy and well furnished cottage. The kitchen was so comfortable and inviting. The bed in my bedroom was lovely. The garden in front of the cottage was so beautiful. I will be back!!

Lovely refurbished farm building overlooking the fabulous Praa Sands beach

Location excellent. Nice welcome pack for arrival. Well stocked and very warm & comfortable accommodation. As discussed, TV was difficult to operate because it had changed from arrival instructions and we felt the new TV was too small for the room. (It was not the size in the website photo.).

A home from home, with fantastic views

The views! Simply stunning Well-equipped kitchen Comfortable beds with good quality bed linen The crockery needs a deep clean- food remnants left on a lot of the cutlery, plates and bowls. Whilst there was kindling, it would be a nice touch to also be provided with a small supply of logs until more could be purchased, particularly as the lounge night storage heater is not efficient at all.

Fantastic little cottage with outstanding views.

The views, both inside and out. Nice garden. Near to beach. The Welloe where we ate out the most! Great pizzas! Needs better cleaning of utensils and living areas, food remnants and cobwebs etc It looks like the level of kitchen utensil/cutlery etc cleaning is based on the last occupants. Pint of milk on arrival would have been very welcome for that first cup of tea! Needs a welcome back e.g. recommendations, local shops, how oven works, information on property etc Needs more details about which putbuildings are off limits as wasn't obvious on arrival. Oven itself needs better explanation of how it works, when up to temperature etc Used once, took to long to cook some garlic bread :) As mentioned in a previous review, the front doors into the porch are too stiff, making us think it was locked.

A lovely stay

We had to cancel our trip last minute, and as we were outside the cancellation window our friends took the holiday in our place. The process of switching over was very straightforward and accommodating. Our friends spoke very highly of the place. They loved having easy access to the beach and to the coastal path, and found everything to be clean and comfortable. We've booked in to visit it ourselves very soon!

Top Lage - Top Unterkunft

Ich habe schon viele Häuser in Großbritannien für meine Urlaube gebucht. Dieses ist sicherlich das beste Haus bisher. Tolle Lage, Blick aufs Meer, absolute Ruhe, super Raumaufteilung. Absolut empfehlenswert

Traumhafte Aussichten am Meer

Wir hatten einen phantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem gemütlich eingerichteten Cottage. Beim Aufwachen kann man direkt aufs Meer sehen, die Aussicht vom Grundstück ist grandios. Der Kaminofen wärmt das Wohnzimmer gut durch. Alles gut :)
