This newly built apartment building is located in one of the most beautiful places in town – Vilnius Old Town, which is also a part of UNESCO’s World Heritage Site. Also, just around the corner of this gated community, you will see the Bastion Defense wall, which reveals a fantastic panoramic view of the city. About The new 3-bedroom apartment has large ceiling-to-floor windows and beautiful city views. You will live in a calmer part of the Old Town, but in a couple of minutes on foot, you will reach the best sightseeing spots and many restaurants and cafes. This apartment is brand new and has a modern kitchen, spacious bathroom, and a washer. In addition, the apartment has a modern heating system, air recuperation, A/C, and high-quality appliances. It has a bedroom, a living and also a kids/office room. The apartment is on the first floor and has a terrace with a children's playground and outdoor furniture. Sleeping arrangements : Bedroom: double bed for 2 people Bedroom 2: sofa/bed for 2 Living room: sofa/bed for 2 people Neighborhood Description: Our apartment is located in a charming and peaceful part of the Old Town, where you can enjoy the authentic atmosphere of the city without the noise of nearby bars or nightclubs. Just a few steps away, you’ll find a lovely park, perfect for a quiet stroll or walking your pets. However, if you’re looking for a more vibrant city experience, a short walk down Subačiaus Street towards Town Hall Square will bring you to a variety of cafes, restaurants, and bars, allowing you to enjoy the lively side of the city. This area is ideal for those who want to balance tranquility with the energetic cultural life of the Old Town. Commuting: - 15 min to the airport by taxi or bus. - 10 min walk to the central bus and train station. Walking distance * 7 min to Lidl grocery store and Hales market * 4 min to Rimi express market and Vilnius Town Hall * 5 min walk to Gates of Dawn (Ausros Vartai) * 10 min to MO Museum * 13 min to Cathedral and Gediminas Castle Parking Options: We offer free underground parking! Spaces are limited, so please reserve in advance. Height limit: 2m, one car per spot. Without a reservation, we can’t guarantee a spot. Street parking is available for 3.50eur/h. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. Baby crib and high chair are available. Request beforehand. For longer stays, contact us for discounts.

Vilnius Altstadt Apartment

Der Aufenthalt in Vilnius war Sensationell. Das Apartment ist wunderschön eingerichtet, modern und absolut top ausgestattet. Alles verlief problemlos und die Vermieterin gab uns gute Tipps rund um die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants der Gegend. Es liegt direkt an der Altstadt. Wir würden das Apartment sofort wieder buchen.
