About this space
Situated on a quiet side street just off the cosmopolitan Lisburn Road, you will find yourself on the doorstep of some of Belfast's best pubs, cafes, and restaurants.
You are also very close to Ormeau Park and Botanic Gardens - both of which are perfect for an evening stroll or a summer picnic.
Queens University is a short walk away.
Our favorite feature is our garden - with hanging lights and comfy furniture it makes the perfect spot for that morning cuppa or evening cocktail. Please enjoy!
The space
Our house is located in a great area of the city.
It is in south Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a short walk away on the Lisburn Road and Botanic Avenue.
It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast or visit any of the city's attractions, you can jump on a quick bus, take a cheap taxi, or enjoy the easy walk.
Botanic Park is very close by and I would highly recommend it for a morning or evening stroll.
Queens University is just a 10-15 minute walk away.
The house has been beautifully refurbished with brand new plush and very comfortable furnishings. Relax in the living room with comfy sofa and flat screen TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy around the dining table, and relax on the crisp white sheets on the very soft double beds. In addition, our house also benefits from a lovely back garden with tables, chairs and atmospheric fairy lights where you can enjoy a morning cuppa or an evening tipple.
For your convenience, entry is via lockbox located just beside the door so you can arrive at any time after 3pm (Don't worry if you get held up!) and free on street parking is available just outside the house.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
