This stunning 76 square meter apartment boasts 3 cozy double bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen size bed to guarantee you a good night's rest. One of the bedrooms even features a dedicated workstation, perfect for those who need to get some work done during their stay. The apartment also comes with a modern and fully equipped tiled bathroom, complete with a relaxing bathtub to unwind in after a long day of exploring the city.

In the spacious and inviting living room, you'll find a full entertainment system, a dining table for shared meals, and balcony access where you can enjoy a cup of coffee while taking in the beautiful cityscape of Friedrichshain. The fully furnished kitchen provides you with all the amenities you need to cook up a storm, including an oven, stove, and fridge. And for those who want to enjoy a meal with a view, the balcony comes equipped with a table and chairs.

We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
