Belle Vue rests in Hay-on-Wye, Powys, and can sleep ten people in five bedrooms. Please note, no pets and no stag/hen/party bookings

Lounge with electric fire, sofa and Smart TV. Sitting room (with sofa bed on request). 1st floor: one king-size bed with en suite walk-in shower, basin and WC ; one super king-size (zip link- twin on request), en suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC; one king-size with TV. Bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. 2nd floor has: one king-size with ensuite, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC; one super twin (zip link, can be superking on request) and ensuite, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Office with Smart TV, desk, furniture and single fold up bed for flexible sleeping. Enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Lower-ground floor games room. Off road parking for 4 cars. Parking also available locally. Electric car charging on request. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
