As a self-catering studio, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

There is free on street parking where we also have security cameras at the front of the house too.

The studio comes with a kitchenette which has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, toaster, a freezer and a microwave.
The studio is a perfect place if you need to be close to the university or QE Hospital.

This studio sleeps 2, in a double bed.

There is one ensuite bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

We provide complimentary tea/coffee, toiletries including slippers and disposable dental kits.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more comfortable.

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am
- Smoking section is in garden
- There is free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
The studios are all self contained so each guest will have their own ensuite bathroom and kitchenette alongside a double bed. The kitchenette includes an induction hob, a microwave, under counter fridge, a sink, kettle and cutlery for our guests to cook and make themselves feel at home.

The studios also include SMART TV's, Fast WiFi, bedding, towels and toiletries.

Further to the above, we offer a communal space for all guests to enjoy. These spaces include a larger kitchen with more kitchen appliances, a gas cooker, dining table and a lounge area to relax! We have security cameras out the front, back and communal spaces for the safety of our guests too.
