Gilmore House is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom Victorian villa with a modern twist, offering spacious accommodation for up to 10 guests.
Relax in one of the four living spaces, enjoy a game of pool in the games room or cook up a storm in the newly renovated kitchen/dining/family room.
Open the bifold doors to soak in the views of the countryside from the deck or relax in the secluded hot tub.
There is something for everyone at Gilmore House!
The Space
Gilmore House is a traditional Victorian property with a newly renovated extension, it retains many of its original features but with a modern feel, including the high ceilings, original doors and a stunning pink stair case.
Downstairs
To the front of the property are two reception rooms - a living room and a games room with a pool table, TV, board games, and some toys for the kids!
The rear of the property is newly renovated, and hosts a spectacular kitchen, living, and dining space with bluetooth ceiling speakers. The perfect space for a large group to socialise together. The skylights and bifold doors out to the decking area let you bring the outside in, and create a really special space with excellent natural light all year round. From here you can access the secure garden, the ideal spot to relax and unwind in the hot tub after a day exploring Perthshire.
The kitchen is equipped with all you need for a self-catering break, a quartz island with induction hob, a dishwasher, coffee machine, boiling water tap, wine fridge, and 2 Neff hide and slide ovens.
Thereâs a dining table with seating for 8, and an additional 4 seats at the island.
Each living space has a smart TV with access to log in to your Netflix, and Amazon prime accounts.
There is a large desk, office chair and dual monitors in bedroom 5, should you require to mix business with pleasure.
On the landing is a sun room with large sofa and TV. This room boasts beautiful views of the Perthshire hills and is the perfect spot to capture a stunning sunset.

Three bedrooms can be found upstairs, all with en-suites.
Bedroom 1 - Superking - ensuite includes a bath
Bedroom 2 - King - with ensuite
Bedroom 3 - Double - with ensuite
Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor and share a newly fitted bathroom with huge shower.
Bedroom 4 - Double
Bedroom 5 - Office with day bed - The day bed can be used as a chaise longue, a single bed, or can be extended to create a double.
Bedrooms 1-4 have Amazon echos and TV's with access to log in to Netflix and Amazon Prime.

A few minutes walk will take you to the town centre. Youâll find everything you need on Blairgowieâs thriving high street, with a bakery, butchers, gift shops, cafes, restaurants and even a bookshop.
Blairgowrie is known as the gateway to Glenshee, so if sports are your thing youâll love being in easy reach of the action, from skiing, golfing, mountain biking, abseiling, hang gliding to paragliding.
The location is also ideal for fishing and golf. Gilmore House is just one mile from Blairgowrie Golf Club, which includes the Rosemount championship golf course, considered one of the best courses in Scotland.
Blairgowrie is situated in the heart of Perthshire, so itâs the perfect base for seeing the sights of this gorgeous part of Scotland. Itâs just 20 minutes drive to the historic villages of Dunkeld and Birnam where you can take a family walk at The Hermitage or visit the Beatrix Potter Exhibition and Garden. Blairgowrie is also just 30 minutes drive to the cities of Perth and Dundee, 60 minutes to Edinburgh and Royal Deeside.

We include a range of amenities and starter supplies of everything you will need to get you going on your self catering break. There is a utility room with a washing machine, dryer and iron.
We provide one bath towel per person, and one hand towel in each bathroom. You may wish to bring additional towels for the hot tub, and some crocs!
Parking is available either on street or in the private gated driveway.
A discount is offered for bookings of 7 nights or more.
We pride ourselves in offering guests an amazing experience. Weâre on hand should you need us, for anything big or small.
Property Rules
Out of respect for our neighbours and due to our location in a residential area, the hot tub is available for use from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and to comply with local noise ordinances, this property is equipped with a privacy-safe noise monitoring system. This device measures decibel levels and does not record audio or hear conversations. The circular, white device is located near the hot tub.
Strictly no parties, including stag and hen do's
No Smoking indoors
One well behaved dog allowed. Please don't let your dog on any of the furniture & never leave them unattended in the property.
