The Space:

The studio features a bedroom with a double bed, ideal for a peaceful night’s sleep. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dining area, is perfect for preparing your favourite meals. Enjoy relaxing moments on the spacious furnished terrace. The bathroom, complete with all amenities, ensures your comfort. For your convenience, the apartment features a lift, air conditioning, a washing machine and dishwasher, Wi-Fi and a TV with a channel package.



Guest Access:

The whole flat is at your disposal! Enjoy all the rooms, including the bedroom, en-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, balcony and garden. Everything is private and exclusively for your use.



The Neighborhood:

Located on Rua do Paraíso, this flat enjoys a prime location close to a range of attractions. Just a short walk away is the Church of Lapa, a historic landmark housing the heart of King Pedro IV. Faria Guimarães metro station is less than 200 metres away, providing easy access to the whole city. A short 900-metre walk takes you to Avenida dos Aliados and Rua Santa Catarina, in the heart of Porto. Explore Ribeira, with stunning views of the River Douro and Vila Nova de Gaia. In the immediate vicinity, enjoy cafés, restaurants and shops. For a day at the beach, Foz do Douro is just 7 km away. Discover the best of Porto from this central location.



Getting Around:

To make your arrival and departure easier, we offer a transfer service (please contact us for prices). The apartment is conveniently located near various public transport options, making it easy to reach different parts of the city. The nearest metro station offers quick and efficient connections. For those travelling by car, parking is available nearby. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20-minute drive or a 40-minute journey by public transport.



Other Things to Note:

In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



Note that an unauthorized stay the check-out time, my result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a limit of €150 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff to enter the property to inspect it, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
