We ourselves think that this fantastic, large and unique holiday home is so lovely, with space for both peace and relaxation. The garden is completely private and closed and the house is at the end of a closed road so there is a magical calm.



The holiday home is 178 m2 with 4 rooms and 7 beds. There are 3 dining areas, one in the kitchen, one in the living room and one in the conservatory. The tables can be extended with space up to 10 people.



It is possible to charge an electric car with type 2, 11 and 22 KWH.



There is free wifi in the house. There is a smart TV in the kitchen and a Chromecast TV in the living room, so if you have your codes for streamning, you can watch just what you usually do. In the kitchen there is a small stove for warmth and coziness. In the living room there is a pellet stove and a heat pump. There is also a heat pump in the utility room and electric radiators all around.



There is a large freezer and fridge, a Mocca Master coffee machine for filter coffee, a coffe plunger ​​and a Nespresso machine for a single cup. There is a microwave oven and general oven. As a host couple, we really want to give our tenants the best experience and are happy to be available for all questions day and night.



Let's take a closer look at Egense. A lovely area that can be highly recommended! In addition to the child-friendly beaches and the short distance to Aalborg, it is also worth mentioning that in this holiday home area you have good opportunities to visit the marinas in the nearby area.



In Egense's holiday home area, there is a grocery store about 400 meters from Rosenvænget, and there is also a short distance to shopping in Hals, Storvorde and Mou. As a bonus to this, a path has been established that runs from Mou Bro to Egense Yacht Harbor, called the Fjordsporet. And you can pretty much cycle on the cycle path all the way to Aalborg if you're up for a brisk ride on the pedals!



You can also take the ferry and eat at one of Hals' lovely restaurants - whether by bike, on foot or by car. Øster Hurup's exuberant holiday home life can also be reached in just a short drive of approx. 18 km.



And just to return to the exuberant nature of Østhimmerland: With a holiday home in Egense, you are close to Lille Vildmose and Høstemark Skov, and you have good family excursions waiting for you to Dokkedal and the Mulbjergene or the Lille Vildmosecentret, where you may be lucky to see moose, golden eagles, wild boar, unique insects, bison etc.
