Enjoy a very warm welcome to our Albyn Place apartment - a stunning and recently refurbished Georgian drawing room apartment in the heart of the New Town. This is a very safe location that offers super quick access to all the Edinburgh's tourist attractions, it is 5-10 minutes' walk away from Princes Street. This unique and beautifully presented place is perfect for visitors looking for a stylish experience. We hope you will have a wonderfully memorable time!
THE SPACE
Perfect for those looking for a luxurious break away, the apartment provides comfortable accommodation for up to 6 GUESTS MAXIMUM.
3 BEDROOMS
It has 3 cosy, tastefully decorated and relaxed bedrooms, two with en-suite:
Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom):
1 amazingly comfortable king size bed and en-suite bathroom facilities with powerful shower plus fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and a safe for your belongings.
Bedroom 2:
1 queen size bed and en-suite where you can wake up from a good nights sleep to a reviving shower.
Bedroom 3:
1 queen size bed.
3 BATHROOMS
There are 2 en-suite shower rooms and 1 family bathroom with a luxurious bathtub with shower over and underfloor heating.
LIVING ROOM
This stylish and very well presented first floor property offers comfortable living space, with many unique and luxurious features. The living room enjoys plenty of natural light and is perfect to sit and relax around after a tough day exploring the city.
KITCHEN
The large well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to make a hearty meal, with light and airy open plan dining area that seats 10 people comfortably around the custom made table.
The flat also benefits from:
-Egyptian Cotton bedding and Goose feather & down filled duvets and pillows,
- Free unlimited and speedy Wi-Fi for guests who bring their own laptops & internet devices,

The entire property and all amenities available are for guest(s) use, so please make yourselves at home!
Please note that the apartment is on the 1st floor and there is no lift in the building. This property is not suitable for guests with mobility issues due to the number of steps up to the apartment.

Please note that there are several other privately owned properties that share the stairwell. We kindly ask that guests are respectful of this and keep any noise or disruption to our neighbours to a minimum.
Check-in time is from 4pm to 9pm, by arrangement, as you will be met at the property on arrival and check-out is anytime before 11am.
If you are arriving earlier than this, please note that early luggage drop off is not available at our apartment. There are storage lockers and many other drop off points in Edinburgh. You can conveniently store your luggage at both Edinburgh Waverley Station and Edinburgh Bus Station.
If you are arriving later than 10pm, there will be a ÂŁ35 charge for late arrivals.

The apartment is located within easy walking distance of all the city centre attractions, festival venues, shops, nightlife and transport connections.
Just moments from the apartment's doorstep you will find Edinburgh's Old Town, the historic Royal Mile and the world famous Princes Street.
