An excellent property, very clean and well maintained. The cottage provided a wonderful place to relax. There are many interesting places to visit within a short distance. The owner lived next door and was warm and welcoming without being intrusive.

Very comfortable accommodation every thing you wanted in the cottage and more Wendy was very welcoming and left a great welcome pack to start our stay with and told us places to go we will certainly be looking to go back sometime next year.

Myself and my husband and my dog Buster we had a fantastic stay at the barn.

Myself and my husband and my dog Buster we had a fantastic stay at the barn. Everything we needed and a lovely welcome basket when we arrived.,, The bedding was so fresh and clean and even had duck down duvets and pillows, and the scenery was amazing when you went out into the garden you could see the horses which was so lovely. I would definitely recommend the barn , and Wendy, The owner was lovely. Nothing was a problem. I cannot wait to go back so thank you so much Wendy for our beautiful stay. , xx

This is the place I have searched for.

This is the place I have searched for. It’s comfy, clean and cosy. Plenty of places to walk the dog. The welcome basket was truly lovely, especially the basket of fresh eggs. The area is full of places to visit, with or without your doggy friend.Speaking personally, I was in need of some peace and found just that staying at The Barn.I shall return when I feel the need of peace and tranquility again.

Gorgeous barn in the most beautiful setting.The barn was spotlessly clean , it had everything you could ever want , the bed was so comfortable too! A lovely welcome pack when we arrived filled with cake , fresh bread ,local ginger bread fresh eggs plus juice. The extra touch was milk in the fridge and butter. Wood for the fire 🔥 Thank you to Wendy the owner and you are the perfect host you made us feel so welcome and nothing would be too much our stay could not have been any better. We would highly recommend the barn. Tony and Jane. 25.2.2025

This was ideal as a base to spend time exploring Lincolnshire with our dog.

This was ideal as a base to spend time exploring Lincolnshire with our dog. It's a lovely property and we were made to feel very welcome by the owner, Wendy. It's very comfortable and includes a nice conservatory and back garden that backs onto the horses' paddock. There were the usual appliances and also a lot of other equipment available for use - even a picnic hamper. Reading the visitors book, I can totally understand why one entry stated that they hadn't done very much and spent most of the time relaxing in The Barn. I would recommend this for both a long or short stay.
