Internet is available at the property. Local area & Tourist Attractions The pretty seaside village of Waterville is the only beachfront village on the famous Ring of Kerry route.

IMPORTANT NOTES 1. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of âŹ200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to âŹ500 per property.
3. Towels: Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).
Always had a soft spot for waterville so even when things are not fully open it is a special spot. The house was great and the underfloor heating wonderful considering the weather did not want to do summer.
Marta looked after us well and was quick to respond when we had a (self inflicted) problem with the oven.
Beds comfortable and house spacious.
Shower doors need work
Loved the big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms /showerooms, the living room with comfy corner suite and functional kitchen,light and airy. Outside bench for outdoor dining with a small bbq. Parking for 2 cars.
Martha was pleasant and welcoming.
Easy walk to the sea and village.
Fabulous scenery in the area and plenty of places to visit and enjoy a relaxing meal.
Fix toilet roll holder and shower head in the master ensuite. The doors on the shower in the twin upper bedroom need aligning. The grill in the oven smokes when turned on.
