Vista Royal has been fully prepared for you, our valued guests, in order to meet all the needs such as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a high chair and a baby bed for families with children. In addition, this villa has underfloor heating and a heated pool system and has been carefully designed for accommodation in the winter months.

Our villa, located in Gökbel, which has a natural nature, is an ideal option especially for our guests who want to escape from the crowd of the city and spend a quiet holiday away from the eyes, and every detail of our villa has been carefully thought and has a comfortable interior design. You can enjoy the sea, nature and oxygen while sipping your drinks accompanied by the magnificent sea view. Our villa, which has a large and green garden, is quiet and calm in nature due to its location.


Note; For our guests who will stay in this villa, we have an order service from the market once a day and a taxi service to the center of Dalyan once a day. These services are included in the price.

3rd bedroom; This bedroom, which is 20 m2 in total, has a double bed, en-suite bathroom (5 m2), TV, dresser, nightstand and air conditioning, as well as a large terrace with a sitting group.

Note; For our guests staying in this villa, our interim cleaning service every 4 days is included in the price.

In its stylish and well-kept garden of 600 m2, there is a heated swimming pool of 50 m2, a sufficient number of sun loungers and parasols. One of the most special areas of the villa is that it has a large, completely sheltered camellia. Here, too, there is a comfortable 6-person dining table and a 6-person sitting group. There is a separate kitchen and barbecue area in another part of the patio that will make your evening meals enjoyable.

All textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room after the current guest leaves, and ready for use again in packages before the new guest. disinfected after cleaning.
