Perfect for a one night stay. The location is slightly outside of the city centre so you will need a car to get around. It was clean with a modern bathroom.

The whole place was truly wonderful find !Lovely owners who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Fabulous dining room with some fascinating artifacts and memorabilia of the arts. Super room and a gorgeous breakfast thank you Audrey and Chris we will be back !!

Relaxed with great ambience, superb breakfast.

Very clean and great ambience, a very traditional establishment, Audrey has lots of memorabilia from her entertainment days and 40's style nostalgia, great breakfast, presentation best I have seen. Looked like a nice bar, however we did not use, managed to park in rear of property two out of three nights, first night safe on main road. Very quite village, Fakenham nearest facilities.
