Exception place! A Must Stay!

This was the best VRBO we have ever been at. The villa is absolutely beautiful, newly renovated with smart home environment. Beautiful deck that looks over the sea and close to a couple beautiful beaches. We walked to the beach in minutes. Quiet area. What really made our stay extra special was our hostess, Anastasia. She's truly one of the most amazing hostess we have ever seen. She was very attentive to our needs. She was there daily refreshing towels and picking up trash. She made special meals for us, which were absolutely delicious. She was kind, generous, and helped us at every turn. This is a must stay at place. I'm excited to tell all my friends that they need to stay here! Thanks Anastasia for all that you did! We loved our stay and really appreciate you!

This was hands down the best Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in, and Anastasia is the best host we’ve ever had. She truly went above and beyond, preparing multiple homemade meals and treats for us during our stay. She was incredibly attentive, always available if we needed anything, and an absolute delight to interact with.The home exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s even better than the photos—more spacious than it appears, with three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. It was also the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever experienced. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, from the fully equipped kitchen to the quality of the amenities. Anastasia even stocked the refrigerator with thoughtful grocery essentials to get us started.The information provided about the house, the surrounding area, local attractions, restaurants, and tours was comprehensive, well organized, and incredibly helpful.The beach is just a short walk down the hill, with several charming waterfront restaurants nearby. While the home is just outside Chania, we actually found the location ideal. It was peaceful and relaxing, away from the crowds and traffic, yet still an easy drive to Chania and many of western Crete’s highlights, including the ruins at Aspros. There are also excellent grocery stores close by. We had a rental car, which made exploring easy, though you could likely manage without one.We can’t recommend this property highly enough!

Located in the Golden Beach, 1 min walk to the sea, 3 km from the citycenter. Supermarkets, taverns, ATM, taxi, bus stop nearby. In the area 4 beaches, fully organized-awarded yearly. 5 min away there is a small park for jogging, offering free playground. You are at the center of all.
Villa Patroklos has been created in a light summer style, so that the visitor can enjoy moments of relaxation, offering unique pictures of sun, sea and nature !!
The easy access to one of the best beaches of Chania and the tranquil environment of the home guarantee a dream holiday.
The villa is new and tastefully furnished. Includes three comfortable bedrooms each with its brand new bathroom and a large living room with direct access to the beautiful large veranda with seaview. The brand new fully equipped kitchen offers you the opportunity to create and enjoy Cretan food. The huge and impressive veranda in the front of the Villa has one of the best views in Chania and offers you a delightful dawn and a fantastic sunset.
Even if the Villa is so close to the beach we are also offering a newly buildt jaquzzi pool - size 2,40 x 6,80, with sunbeds and umbrellas.
Our jaquzzi pool is heated, the temperature is though affected by outside temperatures.
Pool towels are available.
In order to have a completely relaxed holiday we are offering, The linel and towels are changed every 3rd day.
During your stay in Crete we hope that you will take the opportunity to discover the lovely and famous beaches; like Elafonissi and Falasarna, the amazing mountains with its villages - maybe even pass the Samaria gorge? We would be happy to help you to explore our beautiful island.
