Off the drive, it’s fairly level to the rear patio doors. NB: This property is NOT ‘disable adapted’ but is suitable to facilitate guests who are not very mobile or active.

TERRACE and GARDEN AREA
LOCATION * LOCATION! It’s all about the views and the ambiance, your family will love this destination in Snowdonia. Enjoy the uninterrupted panoramic sea views and amazing sunsets towards The Cambrian Coast. The enclosed terrace has a glass and wooden balustrade to maximise the breathtaking vista over the Snowdonia countryside. There is a bistro table and chairs, plus a BBQ. To the side is a cabin-type summer house with seating and further up the garden is an open summer house with benches to sit and chill out, enjoy the views and sip a cocktail.





We will consider one dog with a £35 surcharge applying.
Short breaks when available: Monday- Friday 4 nights and Friday-Monday 3 nights. Arrivals from 4.00 pm vacate by 10.00 am. A minimum charge of £399.00 applies to every booking. Where a 1-week minimum applies, our changeover day is Monday. Prices shown are in pounds sterling per week, inclusive of energy, heating, bedding and towels, and use of the hot tub (see special conditions on the booking form) Please bring your own robes and beach towels.
We request a £49 booking fee and a 25% deposit on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival date. We also ask for a £250 security deposit, which is refundable provided there are no breakages or damage to the property. We accept payment by BACS bank transfer, secure online card payment or by cheque. Young children need to be supervised in the garden area, as it's not enclosed and has a bank down to the road on one side.
