There are a total of 4 bedrooms in the villa. The residential unit is located on the 1st floor and has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, and a small kitchen with basic contents. All bedrooms have private bathrooms, air conditioners, and a TV.
The 4th bedroom with a bathroom is located on the ground floor. One part of the ground floor is not rented to tourists, as house owners reside there over the summer. They do not use the private garden with a pool and summer kitchen, as that part is only for guests.
The villa is equipped with 5 air conditioners, a dishwasher, WiFi, and satellite television.
