Thanks to its strategic and dominant position, this fantastic villa offers one of the best views of the whole of Lake Como: overlooking Bellagio, the "pearl" of the lake, to its wonderful mountains. The swimming pool and private garden surrounding the entire property guarantee complete privacy for a truly relaxing stay.
The furniture and fine details make it functional and perfect for both romantic escapes and family holidays.

†The entrance hall leads into the living area where a large, well-equipped, and functional kitchen is located (2nd-floor).
†2nd-floor: living zone, kitchen, sitting area, 1 double bedroom, bedroom with a sofa-bed, bathroom with shower, bathroom with bath-tube.
†Spacious living zone has panoramic windows, a fireplace, and large terraces.
†Stunning view opens over Lake Como, over the snow-capped peaks of the Valtellina Alps, over the historic and noble residences of Tremezzina and towards the magnificent Town of Bellagio.
†The wooden staircase leads to the 1st- floor and 3rd-floor.
†1st-floor: another kitchen with sitting area, TV, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, fitness zone, laundry, bathroom.
