This stunning apartment is located on the Ground Floor, comfortably sleeping four to six people. You will have exclusive use of the apartment enabling you 'to do what you want when you want'.
The lounge benefits from patio doors leading to the lawns overlooking the river and across to Dartmouth.

YOU CANNOT USE THE SWIMMING POOL FACILITES IF YOU ARE THE ONLY OCCUPANT OF YOUR APARTMENT.

This apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable stay, including linen and towels, a travel cot is available however please bring your own bedding for this.

Whilst staying at Kingswear Park, you have access to the pool building, including indoor pool (with resistance jet), sauna, spa, small gym as well as the other onsite activities. Be sure to explore the 5 acres of grounds as there are some truly special views to be appreciated.
