On the first floor of the villa there is a living room and a kitchen with access to a terrace with a view of the Novigrad marina and the beautiful sea.On the second mezzanine floor there are two more bedrooms and one bathroom.In the courtyard of the villa there is a beautiful swimming pool of 40 m2 and 1.6 m deep, around which there are 8 deck chairs where you can enjoy the summer sun. An outdoor grill and an outdoor dining table are also available.Two parking spaces are at your disposal, and there are additional parking spaces outside the yard.There are several beautiful beaches in Novigrad where you can enjoy all the benefits of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. The youngest will surely be delighted by the numerous interesting facilities of Aquapark Istralandia, which is located 5 minutes' drive from the villa.The surrounding towns near Novigrad also offer diverse and interesting activities, such as wine tours, olive oil tours or truffle hunting.
