The living areas in the property consist of an open plan kitchen/diner and living room with a gas oven, four ring gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, a dining room area with seating for 8 people, a sitting room with a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of one king, a double and twin. There is a bathroom and en-suite shower room. There is parking for one car and visitor parking closeby. Shop 3.6 miles, pub 1.1 miles. Access to the shared swimming pool, gym and fitness suite must be booked online, 7 days in advance, with one 45 minute slot per activity available per day (subject to availability).

Note: There are scheduled works due to happen at the Blythview Estate between April - July. Within this time frame, Feathers will be impacted for a short period of time, however dates have not yet been confirmed. From the 14th April 2025 scaffolding will be erected across the Blythview Estate.

Town: Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
