Villa is located in Mediterranean city of Zadar on the Adriatic coast. This modern villa is made for a dream holiday. It is immediately visible by the interesting architectural design.
In addition to modern and functional design, villa Tereza has a fantastic location. The city of Zadar is known as the capital of North Dalmatia. It is rich in cultural and historical heritage, as well as gastronomic offer. You will be delighted with numerous beaches and bays around Zadar and the islands. You can enjoy the excursions to Plitvice Lakes, Krka waterfalls or the unforgettable Kornati.
Villa Tereza is fully airconditioned and can accommodate 6 + 2 people in 250m2 of the house that has 3 ensuite bedrooms with AC and TV. Two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and one with two single beds. There are 3 bathrooms with shower and one bathroom with the bathtub. Besides beautiful bedrooms this villa will knock you off your feet with the design of the fully equipped kitchen and living room where 2 people can sleep on the extendable couch. But that is not all, the outside of the house will probably be the place where you will spend the most of your time. Astonishing garden of 600m2 has everything you need for perfect holiday such as private pool of 32 m2, summer kitchen where all of the specialties can be made as well as comfortable seating area.
Villa Tereza is in the center of Zadar and it has 2 parking places that will spare you the trouble of finding parking. It is distanced only 10 minutes of easy walk from the beach Punta Bajlo where you can relax under the shade of pine wood or drink coffee in the nearby Caffe while kids play on the playground.
Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
