This attractive two bedroom apartment is situated on a small complex with a large communal pool in the beautiful village of Neo Chorio. The apartment is light and airy with stunning mountain and sea views. There are 2 covered balconies, one at the front the other at the rear to enjoy al fresco dining and those sunset cocktails. . Very well equipped, the apartment is a home from home with a comfortable, relaxing feel.

Fantastic holidays

We have fantastic hildays at this apartment. The property was clean and with fans and airconditions in every room. The kitchen was fully equiped as well. There is nice sea view from the balcony and village center to walk around in the evening. You have to have a car to reach the beach or Latchi and Polis. Property manager was effective and helpful.

Overall the stay was ok however there where a few points to mention. There was no water supply to the washing machine so we had to make alternative arrangements to get our washing done for our second week. This cost us time and money.It wasn't mentioned on any of the check in communication that there was building work directly opposite which started most mornings at 7.3am.Also there was a abandoned what looked like a petrol tanker in the field some 30m from our balcony which had obviously been there for several months which was confirmed by some permanent residents. The condition of the sink and plate drainer left a lot to be desired the latter having rust all over it.

We stayed at this apartment for 1 month in September 2025. The reason for the poor ratings are centred around the following: the apartment had an ant problem that we had to resolve ourselves by purchasing ant spray and traps as ants were in the cupboards, drawers and on the worktop and even crawling up the mouthwash bottle in the bathroom! This is poor property management. Other than this the apartment was generally clean other than very dirty black marks on walls by the beds in the second bedroom that I had to clean off myself. Secondly, we were told we had booked the end apartment that is still being shown on the photographs whereas we were located in the middle apartment. We consider this is clearly miss-selling. Thirdly, images of the apartment shows a minimally furnished lounge whereas it had 2 sets of furniture and ornaments everywhere making it very cramped. There were personal belongings under the beds and in the wardrobes affecting storage of our own belongings. Despite assurance that the washing machine was working, when we tried it there was no water feed a problem that a previous reviewer noted. This was quickly resolved but communication over it was poor at the time. The building site in front of the apartment was noisy at times and is starting to block the view of the bay. However, despite all of this, we did enjoy our holiday in Neo Chorio once we settled in and particularly after the ant problem was resolved but this took over a week to get on top of.

Fantastisch!

Ein sehr westlich und ruhig gelegenes Dorf. Direkt vor dem Fuße des Akamas Nationalparks. Schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Stadt Latsi mit maximal 5 Fahrminuten zum Strand. Das Objekt liegt in einer Anlage mit Gemeinschaftspool und bildet zusammen das Aristo Village. Die Ferienwohnung war groß, geräumig mit Platz für 4 Personen. Unweit befindet sich eine heimische Taverne gelegen auf einer Klippe mit gemütlicher Stimmung und Aussicht. Ein kleiner Kiosk bzw. Supermarkt beherbergt so ziemlich das wichtigste was man braucht und ist maximal 10 Gehminuten von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Die einheimischen in Neo Chorio sind Menschenoffen und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt strahlt alles eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre aus und ladet zum vollfühlen ein. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
