Our lodge was clean, modern and spacious. Found we had all of the utensils we needed and there was plenty of storage space. Also loved that the decking had a gate on the staircase, as this is great for families with smaller children.

We only had two nights at Norfolk Woods for a little break away, but it was so lovely! It was perfect for our dog too, who settled very quickly. The lodge and the resort were spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly. The resort had a really relaxed feel about it, the food in the restaurant was good value for money and our dog was able to join us for dinner too! Our son enjoyed his visits to the gym, while my husband and I made the most of the steam room and sauna. Will definitely be returning, just a shame the weather was rubbish. I can imagine it’ll be even nicer when the sun is out!

We thought the bed in the oxburgh was comfy, however we always take our own pillows so can’t comment on the ones provided. Shower was good in a modern ensuite with plenty of space to place your ‘stuff’. There’s also enough hanging/drawer space. Kitchen cupboards are well stocked. My only gripe is the naff toilet tissue that’s provided and again we took our own.
