The Space:

A charming countryside escape, the cottage offers:



- Living & Dining: A bright, open-plan space with vaulted ceilings, 2 comfortable sofas, a dining table, and a smart TV. French doors open to a Juliet balcony, showcasing beautiful countryside views.

- Kitchen: A modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals for up to 4 guests.

- Bedrooms: One double and one twin room, both featuring comfortable beds, crisp hotel-quality linens, and plenty of storage.

- Bathroom: A spacious family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower, toilet, sink, complimentary toiletries, and soft, fluffy towels.

- Enjoy free WiFi throughout

- Access to shared gardens and outdoor amenities



Guest Access:

Guests have sole access to the cottage, and can also make use of the gardens and outdoor facilities (shared with other guests).



The Neighborhood:

Set in a beautiful rural spot surrounded by farmland, the property enjoys lovely coastal views. It’s less than a 5-minute drive (or around a 25-minute walk) to Widemouth Bay, where you can take advantage of the stunning beach, whether that’s surfing, enjoying water sports, or exploring scenic coastal walks.



Widemouth Bay offers a small selection of cafés and bars, while a wider choice can be found just 5 minutes further along the coast in Bude. This lively seaside town features a great range of shops, bars, restaurants, and even a nightclub. You can also hire surfboards or paddleboards, or arrange boat trips, fishing excursions, and other activities with local tour operators. For everyday essentials, there’s also a large Morrisons supermarket in Bude.



Getting Around:

Widemouth bay is just a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk away. Bude is less than 10 minutes by car or taxi. There are local bus services and the nearest stop is a 20 minute walk away.



Other Things to Note:

We have a number of similar cottages available in the same complex, and would be happy to discuss bookings for larger groups across multiple cottages.



This property accepts dogs, but please inform us before booking if you intend to bring your dog(s).



Please note, check-in is between 3pm - 10pm. Unfortunately we cannot offer check-ins outside of these times.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.



Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.



If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.



For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information
